Graham has worked for more than 30 years in the City of London, including 27 years at the Bank of England where he represented the UK on the European Central Bank’s IT Committee. His final role at the Bank was as Head of Procurement where he was responsible for introducing a new strategy to bring the business areas and the procurement department into a closer working partnership.  This enabled the business areas to retain full control whilst drawing on the necessary procurement expertise to ensure a successful outcome and achieve best value for money.

Graham’s key expertise is in the area of commissioning and all aspects of procurement but he has extensive skills in business governance, business risk planning and management and contract management.

In addition, representing the UK’s interests in EU Central Bank technical committees has provided him with considerable experience in the challenges posed by multi-agency collaboration in commissioning and service design.
