Graham’s key expertise is in the area of commissioning and all aspects of procurement but he has extensive skills in business governance, business risk planning and management and contract management.
In addition, representing the UK’s interests in EU Central Bank technical committees has provided him with considerable experience in the challenges posed by multi-agency collaboration in commissioning and service design.
